The red lips on the bow of this ship are unmistakeable as are the blue eyes of Aїda (from Verdi’s opera). This is a family friendly ship and has mainly German passengers most of whom are under forty. Guided by the chef, children make their own menus and are allowed in the galley to make cookies and other creations.
The Aida Lounge has one of the longest bars at sea – an incredible 162 feet!
The theatre is two decks high, but it doesn’t have seats. Instead it has backless benches. The entertainment however is lively and fun.
There is a large fitness centre and spa on board complete with a nude sunbathing deck.
There are two large self service restaurants with free seating. The Maritime restaurant is the à la carte restaurant with seating for 74 diners.
